With the approval of the Bill, it’s now legal to grow, purchase, or sell hemp-related products in the country. But since growing hemp is very strictly regulated, the domestic market for hemp-related products is very small. As a result, most of these products have to be imported from Canada, China, and Europe.

So to address the question, can you smoke hemp? Yes, you could theoretically smoke the substance. However, you will get no effect from doing so, unlike when you smoke marijuana.
